If I have to recount my various first day at work at each of the organizations I've worked, I must confess it was a day I will look back at and laugh uncontrollably. What happened? Having to travel from one state to another, wake up early to avoid getting late to work and more especially knowing where to enter the bus to the office was part of it. Where I stayed was directly opposite a mosque, and you can hear their typical loud call for prayer, I think something has to be done about these noise pollution from our religious centers. So definitely no need for alarm bells to wake me up at 5 o' clock in the morning. While still deep in my sleep in the early hours, an uninvited, unexpected alarm welcomed me to the day. I was terribly disgusted! I tried to sleep back but it won't be. The alarm won't stop and my eyes won't close. I starred at the ceiling wondering for how long I will have to cope with this.
